At St. Peter's, we pride ourselves on having an 'open door' policy. The class teachers and I are available in the playground at the start and end of every school day, if you have any concerns. 

If you require a more formal meeting, these can easily be arranged either through the School Office or with the class teachers directly.

I would hope that we are able to avoid the need for a formal complaint about the school, by keeping lines of communication open and maintaining positive and supportive relationships between home and school.

However, in the event that you feel that a formal complaint is required, please refer to the school's Complaints Policy below.
