The school Breakfast Club is open 5 mornings a week from 7.45 am until 8:45 am when Mrs Reeson or Miss Houghton escort the children onto the playground.
The Breakfast Club costs £4 per child and £3 for each sibling per day, which is payable at the start of each half term. A bill for requested days will be sent out by Mrs Howitt during the first week of each half term.
There is also the option to turn up on the day, provided that we have room; the cost for an unscheduled session is £4.50 per child.
The Breakfast Club is run by one of our midday supervisors: Mrs Bev Taaffe, Mrs Linda Dalla-Riva or Mrs Valerie Kemm, on a rota basis. The ladies all have the required Level 2 Food Hygiene Qualification.
The cost of the Breakfast Club includes a breakfast of: orange juice or squash; a wide range of cereals and toast with jam or marmalade. We also offer Scotch pancakes, waffles or bagels on an occasional basis.
Breakfast is followed by activities led by the Breakfast Club supervisor which include a variety of popular board and problem solving games and more physical activities such as Tig, small ball games or going out on the Trim Trail.
If you would like your child to attend Breakfast Club, please speak to Mrs Howitt in the school office or send an e-mail and we will send the relevant paperwork home with your child. Thank you.
